Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ManaForge ("the app"), developed by TrueNorthAI LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ManaForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

ManaForge is a Magic: The Gathering collection management and deck building app. It allows you to catalog cards, track prices, build decks, scan physical cards, and receive AI-powered deck suggestions. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) tiers.

3. Account

You may sign in using Apple Sign In to enable cloud sync and access your collection across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• ManaForge Pro is available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users may create up to 3 binders and 3 decks. Additional features including unlimited binders/decks, analytics, AI coaching, cloud sync, and data export require a Pro subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Use automated systems to access the app in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Resell or redistribute card pricing data obtained through the app

7. Intellectual Property

ManaForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrueNorthAI LLC. Magic: The Gathering, its card images, and related content are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and images are provided by Scryfall under fair use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of card prices, availability of third-party services (Scryfall, EDHREC, MTGGoldfish), or uninterrupted operation of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorthAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial decisions based on card pricing data displayed in the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
